Select ceramic grade and coverage based on abrasion, impact, product purity, fragility, and maintenance access.
Compare feed and product using the same sampling and analytical method to avoid false contamination conclusions.
Record the material batch, feed condition, equipment configuration, operating parameters, sampling method, particle-size method, output, temperature, pressure trend, and any abnormal observation. Comparable records are more useful than isolated numbers.
